As a father-and-son startup, the company represents a strategic combination of experience, education, hard work, and a shared vision for the future. Property Enhancement Solutions is built on decades of real-world experience in customer service, sales, leadership, property evaluation, and problem-solving.

Founder Roy Koyama has spent his career helping people achieve their goals through service, coaching, consulting, and real estate. His passion for helping others and commitment to excellence laid the foundation for what would become Property Enhancement Solutions.

Joining him is his son, Tai Koyama, a recent graduate of Drury University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude as a collegiate wrestler. Together, they saw an opportunity to combine their strengths, build a family business from the ground up, and create something that reflects their values of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and service.
